* Purpose of this portal is to bring some descipline to the employees. Employer should not use the portal to take out their anger against staff for quitting the company.
* Employer must create profiles of all existing staff in the portal. Creating profiles of staff who have already quit the company is prohibited.
* Employer must rate a staff only after the staff quits the job and not later than 1 month of staff quitting the job.
* It is the duty of the Employer not to play with the lives of the staff by ruining all the possible employment opportunities to the staff.
* Employers must stick to the rating guidelines provided by staffratings.in. Rating guidelines given below
1)
1 Star Rating : Only if an employee commits a crime like theft, misappropriation of funds, cheatng, violence, sexual assualt..etc he/she can be given a single star rating
2)
2 star rating : Disobeying the management, mis bahaviour with superiors, ignoring company rules and regulations ...etc can be the reasons for 2 star rating. Employer can also award 2 star rating for quitting the job without a notice or not handing over reports or company properties while quitting the job
3)
3 star Rating : It's upto the employer's descrition to rate any staff with 3 stars. If a candidate agrees to join the company but fail to turn up for duty can also earn him/her 3 star rating.
4)
4 / 5 star Rating : If employer is happy and satisfied with the performance of the employee, they can give 4 star or 5 star rating to the employees.
* Employer must provide the reason for low ratings to staff in the ratings form
* It is the duty and responsibilities of the Employer to keep the login information of this website secret and confidential. Login credentials must not be shared with any 3rd party without the written consent of staffratings.in
* Each company requires a seperate account. Employer is not allowed to create profiles of staff who work in the sister concerns.
